Returns + Exchanges

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN
  1. Email us at contact@bahateejewelry.com with your intent to return, including the number, reason, and photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of the items.
  2. Await our confirmation and instructions.
RETURN'S T&C'S
  1. If for some reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items -including earrings - that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.
  2. However, unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on engraved monogrammed or other personalized items, as we've customized these pieces, especially for you. (if an engraved or monogrammed item was received faulty, please contact us to rectify this.)
RETURN COSTS
  1. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: The original shipping and return shipping fees are not refundable under our return policy.
  2. Return Processing Fee: Each returned item will incur a $8 fee, covering examination and re-wrapping.
FAULTY ITEMS
  1. We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your newBahatee jewelry.
  2. Our customer service team would be happy to assist - please contact us before returning your item to us, so that our team can help more quickly and advise you of the next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.
EXCHANGES
  1. We no longer accept exchanges, including rings and other sizes please contact us if you have any questions about an item or order.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
  1. We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of the year.
  2. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
